Auswide Bank recognises that some of our customers and communities have been impacted by the weather event in North Queensland and provide the following update.

- All Auswide Bank branches are open today 5th February 2025.
- We have taken the following measures to support our customers;
- If you’re affected by the floods and need to make a claim on your Auswide Bank Home/Landlord/Car Insurance policy provided by Allianz, visit allianz.com.au/claims
- Affected loan customers may be eligible to defer repayments on their Auswide Bank home loan, business loan, personal loan or credit card.
- Affected term deposit customers needing access to their funds may qualify for hardship and do so without providing the required 30 days notice of early withdrawal.
- Customer wishing to purchase household items and white goods may be eligible for a discounted interest rate and waiver of the establishment fee on an Auswide Bank personal loan.
